My therapy practice is best suited for high-functioning adults who are looking to work through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and the long-term effects of growing up with a parent with (suspected or diagnosed) borderline personality disorder or narcissistic personality disorder.

I frequently help my clients navigate the following struggles during our work together

Anxiety Depression Relationship issues Trauma Family conflict Obsessive-compulsive disorder

I am unable to accommodate clients in my practice who are needing support with the following:

Clients struggling with substance abuse or dependence and clients needing a higher level of care than weekly individual therapy sessions
