I understand and this works for me

Ideally, we will meet weekly for at least the first six months of working together. While I strongly believe in the importance of meeting weekly for at least the first several months of therapy, I also understand the very real financial barriers to participating in therapy. At a minimum, I believe biweekly sessions (every other week) of therapy are necessary to help you make meaningful progress in therapy.
