Torie Wiksell Therapy

I'm passionate about helping millennial and gen z clients who are struggling with a parent who has either borderline and narcissistic personality disorder. I also frequently work with clients with obsessive-compulsive disorder in my practice. My approach to therapy is unique to each client and their individual needs, however my work is highly influenced by cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapies. I believe it is important to help my clients better understand the cycles which contribute to their stress levels, learn how to better care for their own mental and emotional health, and develop skills which can help them live a much happier and healthier life.
